Shipping Times

We offer worldwide shipping, and estimated delivery times vary based on location:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 7 - 16 business days
  • Other countries: 10 - 25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped. During this time, we carefully prepare your package, conduct quality checks, and hand it over to the shipping carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Unforeseen Delays

While we work hard to meet the estimated shipping times, certain circumstances may cause unexpected delays. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Public holidays affecting postal services
  • Unforeseen logistical disruptions (e.g., weather conditions, strikes)

Zooomies is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors. If your order takes longer than expected to arrive, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues.

Import Duties, Taxes & Additional Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and vary depending on your country’s import regulations.

  • The customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees.
  • Zooomies has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost in advance.
  • If you refuse to pay customs fees and your package is returned to us, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.
