Return & Refund Policy

At Zooomies, we strive to ensure that you and your pet are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions. Our goal is to make the return process smooth and transparent so you can shop with confidence.

1. Returns

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging, including any labels and accessories.

We recommend carefully packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipping. Unfortunately, returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

2. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@Zooomies.store. Be sure to include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage or defect.

After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as sending a replacement product at no additional cost or issuing a refund.

4. Processing Returns & Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within a few business days using the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

If you prefer a replacement product instead of a refund, we will ship it as soon as we receive the returned item.
